UNIT MAKING INFORMATION

Please be sure to read this information fully and thoroughly, as well as follow all recommended instructions to ensure you receive your custom unit exactly as you wish. This will ensure you avoid any unnecessary issues that would cause your end result, and overall experience with MISS. INCHEZ.

In the event you require clarification or any further information regarding anything involved in this process or not included in the given details below, we encourage you to contact us with any inquiries PRIOR to beginning the process.

Miss. Inchez does not supply the hair or closure/frontal for your unit created by us.

​

Miss. Inchez strives to provide the best quality constructed unit to your custom specifications and we want you to be fully informed, and pleased with your unit.Miss. Inchez does not compose wigs with synthetic hair fibres, synthetic blend human hair, or extreme low quality processed human hair.

MISS INCHEZ ONLY USES JAPANESE SWIM CAPS FOR ALL UNITS. Please do not request or send any other cap for the composition of your unit as Miss. Inchez provides the Japanese swim cap to all customers who purchase a custom wig unit of either type. Japanese swim caps provide a snug but comfortable fit, durability, and make install simple, easy, and fast.

All Miss. Inchez Unit compositions and services include intense deep conditioning and are return shipped in READY-TO-WEAR condition.

 

Since the hair contents for your wig unit will be thoroughly deep conditioned and cleansed in the process of being composed; cowashing, shampooing, and any other form of prep for hair contents is not necessary or required prior to shipment of hair contents.

Wig units can be composed with the hair of your choice in any curl pattern, texture, and length(s). Miss. Inchez recommends using any good quality virgin hair or nothing less than a high quality Beauty Supply Store Remy Human Hair.

HOW TO PACKAGE & SHIP YOUR HAIR

Package the hair you intend to be used to compose your wig unit and the closure unit. If you are having a full wig created, please also have your closure included.

You will need to include an insert in your package that includes the details listed below. The insert can be typed or handwritten but if handwritten, please be sure to write legibly to avoid misunderstandings and delays in the composition of your wig unit.  

 

PLEASE HAVE THE LENGTHS LABELED ON YOUR BUNDLES! IF YOU SELECTED TO HAVE YOUR HAIR SENT STRAIGHT TO MISS. INCHEZ FROM ANY HAIR COMPANY OR VENDOR, THIS INFORMATION BELOW SHOULD be INCLUDED IN WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER ON THE WEBSITE!

  • Your name and address

  • Your contact or mobile phone number

  • Your contact e-mail address

  • Order Number

  • Your Wig Fitting Measurements (ALL WIGS REQUIRE MEASUREMENTS)

  • The amount and specifics (i.e. the number of bundles or packs, length selections, type, and the kind of curl/wave pattern) of the hair you’re sending.  You may provide the name/location/source of where the hair was purchased but this is optional.

  • PROVIDE THE LENGTHS OF THE HAIR THAT YOU ARE SENDING ON EACH BUNDLE/PACK!  Please select the right bundle amount or you will be invoiced for an additional bundle(s). 

  • Miss. Inchez will weigh all bundles and send picture confirmation if the right bundle amount isn’t selected.

    • Any specifications or custom options for styling as indicated on your payment invoice.  i.e. right side part or left side part (if not stated, wig will be sent back as a left side part), versatile middle part, pluck part, baby hair, colour option

  • ALL HAIR WILL BE USED THAT IS SENT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED! any remainder will be shipped back

  • If your hair seems low quality to Miss. Inchez standards, your wig will be deep conditioned and sent back in its natural state.  Miss. Inchez will not cut or curl any kind of low quality hair. 

  • By placing an order/sending hair to Miss. Inchez, you have acknowledged that you have read and agreed to all terms that are provided on the website.  YOU HAVE ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HAVE READ “ALL” INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED.

Please provide Miss. Inchez with your tracking number information upon shipment of your package. Once your package has been received by Miss,Inchez, you will receive images of your hair and package contents via email displaying and confirming your shipment arrival and the condition it was received within 24 hours.

PLEASE DON’T SEND HAIR IN BOXES (DECORATIVE BOXES, HAIR BOXES, GIFT BOXES, ETC).   BOXES WILL NOT BE RETURNED!

 

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WET HAIR!

Packages can be sent by Canada Post, USPS, DHL, Fed EX or UPS.

MISS. INCHEZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TIMES OR DELAYS. 

​

MISS. INCHEZ WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF A PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST, PLEASE SELECT THE INSURANCE OPTION THAT WILL COVER THE COST FOR THE AMOUNT THAT YOU PAID FOR YOUR HAIR PLUS WIG MAKING SERVICES.

IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE HAIR TO COVER YOUR EXPENSE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE BY THE COURIER OR ELEMENTS WHILE SHIPMENT IS IN ROUTE AND ADD A SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE YOUR HAIR IS RECEIVED BY RESPECTIVE PERSONNEL OF Miss.Inchez AND PROVIDE A FORM OF TRACKING ON BOTH ENDS DURING ROUTE OF SHIPMENT.

MISS. INCHEZ CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO COURIER OR THE ELEMENTS, NOR WILL WE HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES THAT NEVER REACH OUR DESTINATION PROVIDE COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSS OF EXPENSE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY PACKAGES.  

 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS THE ONLY WAY  MISS. INCHEZ CAN CONFIRM THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED!

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR HAIR

MISS. INCHEZ will send email confirmation that your package is received.  Your ship date will also be provided in that same email if your payment has been made.  PACKAGES ARE NOT PICKED UP ON SATURDAYS or HOLIDAYS!

DUE DATES 

 

Please plan accordingly when sending contents for your wig unit. In the event, you require your wig unit by a specific or urgent deadline.

Turn around times do not include weekends or holidays!  Any wig needed before the selected turn around time, will be charged an additional fee. All turn around times starts from the date your hair is received if your payment has been made.  If payment is not made but hair is received, turn around times will start from the date your payment was made.

YOU MUST CONTACT US IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF APPROVAL TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC TIMELINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT HAVING YOUR UNIT COMPLETE IN TIME, AND WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO PROPERLY NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE. MISS. INCHEZ WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR QUOTE RECEIVED DATES!!!!!!!

Completed wigs composition and return shipment time averages 15 business days but can occasionally vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of wigs in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.

ALL WIGS  ARE RETURN SHIPPED VIA CANADA POST WITH SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND INSURED FOR THE AMOUNT THE CLIENT SELECTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE. MISS. INCHEZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAYS FOR WHATEVER UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS ONCE SHIPPED.
